I ordered a couple of tops from swap.com, and the sizing was not what I expected. One was listed as a medium but fit more like a small, and another was so much bigger than I thought it would be. I felt kind of embarrassed trying them on because I kept thinking maybe I had misread the listings or ordered the wrong sizes somehow.
I get that used clothes can shrink, stretch, or just fit differently depending on the brand, but I really wish there had been better fit details. Shipping was fine and nothing went wrong there, but after this I’m not sure I’d feel comfortable taking the chance on clothes again.

I ordered a few tops and the photos were mostly on point!!! One of the colors was a little darker in person than it looked online, but it was still close enough that I didn’t mind!!! Overall, I’m happy with what showed up and would order again!!!

I’ve tried using swap.com a few times, i want to like it. The site has some cute stuff and the prices can look decent, so at first it seems like a good place to browse.
But almost every time I find something I actually want and add it to my cart, it’s suddenly gone or says it’s not available. A lot of the basic items and sizes I’d normally look for seem to be sold out too, which gets frustrating fast.
Maybe I’ve just had bad timing, but the inventory feels a little misleading to me. It’s a nice concept, I guess, but after wasting time shopping for things I couldn’t actually buy, it’s probably not worth the hassle for me.

I ordered a shirt and a pair of jeans from swap.com, both were disappointing. The shirt looked fine in the photos, but when it showed up the fabric felt really thin, it already had pilling, and there were loose threads hanging off the sleeve.
I get that it’s secondhand clothing, so I wasn’t expecting perfection, but this felt like no one really looked it over before sending it out. The jeans also had a weird smell, and the zipper kept catching every time I tried them on.
I reached out because I wanted to understand how this passed their quality check, but the answers I got were all over the place, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. Not worth the hassle for me. I’d rather pay a little more somewhere else than deal with clothes showing up in this condition

"Refund was fine, but still disappointing"
I was disappointed that things didn’t work out in the first place, but at least the refund came through without any hassle. It was processed fairly quickly, so no complaints there.

They kept me updated well enough overall, which I really appreciated. I feel like good communication is the right way to treat customers, and for the most part they did that. There was just one time where the reply was a bit slow, but otherwise the experience was solid...

"Returns felt way more complicated than they should be"
I ordered a few things from Swap.com and ended up needing to return the ones that didn’t fit. the return policy was confusing enough that I kept wondering if I was missing some catch or about to get stuck paying more than expected. Between the fees and shipping, the refund barely felt worth the effort. It just left a bad taste, and I don’t think I’d order again if returns are going to be this much of a hassle.

"Wish I hadn’t placed this order"
I ordered four items and somehow only two of them were actually correct. One of the shirts came in the wrong size, and another item wasn’t even the one I picked. I was genuinely excited for this order, so it was disappointing. Customer service also took way too long to respond, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. i regret ordering from Swap.com and don’t think I’ll use them again.

"Deals seem alright sometimes"
I’ve tried a couple of promo codes here and they seemed to work, at least from what I could tell. The savings weren’t anything huge, but I guess it helped a little. I haven’t used it enough to say for sure how good the deals are overall.

"Checkout was a bit of a letdown"
I was browsing around and found a couple of items I thought were actually good deals, so I added them to my cart without thinking too much about it. The site itself was easy enough to use and the prices looked fine at first. But once I got to checkout, the shipping cost made the total jump way more than I expected, which kind of ruined the whole thing. At that point the cheap items didn’t really feel like a deal anymore. Not sure I’d order again unless the shipping gets a bit more reasonable.

"Checkout was frustrating"
I tried checking out twice and the page kept freezing on me. It finally went through, but then the shipping total changed right at the end, which was annoying. I reached out to support and felt like they were blaming me or my browser instead of really looking into it. Not the best first experience

I was frustrated with the shipping. The website made it seem like it would arrive much sooner, but I ended up waiting almost two weeks. Maybe I missed something, but the timing on the site and the actual delivery didn’t really match up.

I had a smooth time using Swap.com. It was easy to search. The filters worked well too. Checkout was simple and clear. A few pages were a little slow to load. But I still found what I needed without much hassle

"Payout was a bit lower than I expected..."
Sending my stuff to Swap.com was easy, so no complaints there... but the payout ended up being lower than I hoped. A few things sold for decent prices, but after the fees, my share didn’t feel like much. It wasn’t a bad experience exactly, just not sure it’s worth it unless you’ve got a lot of stuff you really want to clear out.

"Packed better than I expected"
My swap.com order showed up packaged way nicer than I expected. The clothes were folded neatly, and nothing looked smashed, tossed around, or crammed into the box like an afterthought.
I’ll admit, I’m probably to blame for assuming it would arrive messy because I’ve had that happen with other sites before. This was simple, clean, and everything felt like it had been handled with care. Easy 5 stars from me
